You must have an active account with CompanyCam and Groundwork to integrate.
Integrations are not available on Basic. Upgrade your plan to take advantage of this feature.
To start integrating the two, you need to have the Admin role. If you don't have that role, ask an Admin on your company's account for permission; here's what they'll need.
What is Groundwork?

How it works
Your Groundwork lead information, including homeowner-submitted project videos and photos, can now be accessed within CompanyCam. Once your accounts are connected, a link to the Groundwork lead will appear in the Notes section of the associated CompanyCam project. Also, a Groundwork lead submission can now trigger the creation of a new associated project in CompanyCam.
By accessing the Groundwork lead summary, and logging into Groundwork, you will be able to request additional photos or videos from homeowners and share their own media back to homeowners. All will be captured in the project summary link, accessed through the CompanyCam notes section.
