Using CompanyCam in Spanish: FAQ

If your device or browser is set to Spanish, CompanyCam will automatically display in that language for a seamless experience!

Before you start

  • CompanyCam adjusts based on your device or browser's language settings, this is not a setting inside the CompanyCam app.

  • Some features, such as AI Actions, user-generated content, and integration descriptions, are only available in English.

  • Our support team is available to assist you in Spanish via chat or email.

How do I use CompanyCam in Spanish?

CompanyCam will automatically display in Spanish when your browser or device language settings are set to Spanish. To change your language settings:

  1. On your device, go to Settings > Language & Region and set your preferred language to Spanish.

  2. If using a web browser, update your language settings in the browser preferences.

  3. Restart the app or refresh the page to see the changes.

Is customer support available in Spanish?

Yes! Our support team is available to assist you in Spanish. If you need help, you can reach out via chat or email, and we'll be happy to assist you in Spanish.

Do you offer training in Spanish?

What features are not available in Spanish?

While the main CompanyCam interface is available in Spanish, a few features are currently only available in English:

  • AI Actions: AI-powered features are not yet available in Spanish.

  • User-generated content: Checklists, Tasks, and Documents will remain in the language they were originally created in.

  • Integration descriptions: These have not yet been translated into Spanish.

Can I request AI features in Spanish?

Yes! We are actively improving our Spanish translation and language support. Please feel free to chat or email the team to share your feedback.
