Before you start
You must have an active paid account with CompanyCam and FieldPulse to integrate the two services.
Integrations are not available on Basic. Upgrade your plan to take advantage of this feature.
You must have Admin privileges in CompanyCam and the proper permissions in FieldPulse to integrate the two. If you don't have that role, ask an Admin on your company's account for permission; here's what they'll need.

How it works
The CompanyCam + FieldPulse integration allows users to create Customers in FieldPulse and have a project be created in CompanyCam.
If the address already exists, the FieldPulse customer will be linked to that Project in CompanyCam.
The address is the key link, so if multiple of the same address exists in FieldPulse, photos would sync to both.
When photos, videos, and PDFs are added to a Project in CompanyCam, they will automatically sync to the Customer record in FieldPulse that has the matching address. Users can add CompanyCam files to customers and projects/jobs/estimates/invoices. This is accomplished by:
On mobile go to the record of your choosing, tap a new “take photo in CompanyCam” button which launches the CompanyCam app. Pictures are taken and then synced back to files on that record in FieldPulse.
On the FieldPulse webapp, CompanyCam files will appear on the Files tab of records.
