How to log in to CompanyCam with SSO

Make accessing CompanyCam easier and more secure for your team.

Before you start

Plan Requirements

  • This feature is available to Enterprise accounts and as an Add-on for all accounts. If you’re interested in access, our team is available to help walk you through your options.

Permission Roles

  • The Account Owner/Admin will be able to set up SSO (Single Sign On) for the company account. Once set up, SSO is an account-level feature and is available to all permission levels.

Platform Availability

  • Logging into CompanyCam with SSO is available on both the web and mobile apps

On the web

  1. Open CompanyCam on a web browser.

  2. Click on Single Sign-On.

  3. Type in your email address and then click Continue. Once selected, you'll be signed in.

OR

  1. Log into your Okta account with your email address and then select Next.

    Note: Okta is used as an example in this article. Login steps can vary depending on your SSO provider.

  2. Type in your password and then click Verify.

  3. Once verified, under the My Apps tab, click on CompanyCam or use the search bar at the top of the screen to search your apps for CompanyCam. After selecting, you'll be signed in.

In the app

  1. Open the mobile app.

  2. Tap on Single Sign-On.

  3. Type in your email address and then tap Continue.

  4. Once selected, you'll want to confirm logging in by tapping Continue.

  5. After confirming, a new mobile browser for Okta will open where you can enter your password.

  6. Lastly, enter the code generated by Google Authenticator.

  7. Once verified, you'll be signed into CompanyCam!

How do I use SSO if I have multiple accounts?

If you have multiple CompanyCam accounts, you'll want to log in to your SSO account first before signing in to other accounts.
