AccuLynx is roofing production software that helps roofing companies manage leads, jobs, and sales pipelines in one place.
Connecting CompanyCam to AccuLynx lets Photos, Videos, Files, and Tags you capture in the field sync automatically to the matching job in AccuLynx. You must connect this integration on the web app. AccuLynx's AppConnections add-on must be enabled before you can connect CompanyCam.
Enabling AppConnections in AccuLynx
Note: You need Admin or Manager permissions in both CompanyCam and AccuLynx to set up this integration.
Log in to AccuLynx and go to Market > Add-Ons.
Click the AppConnections by AccuLynx box.
Click Enable.
Toggle on Enable AppConnections and follow any additional prompts.
Connecting the integration
In AccuLynx, go to Market > App Connections.
Select the CompanyCam Integration.
Click Get Connected.
Click Authorize Connection, then log in to CompanyCam if prompted.
Choose whether to run a historical sync.
Note: If you select Yes, CompanyCam will create Projects for existing AccuLynx jobs that were touched in the last 30 days, are assigned to a representative, and have a milestone status of Lead, Prospect, or Approved.
Click Connect.
That's it — CompanyCam and AccuLynx are now connected. To update or disconnect your connection later, go back to Market > App Connections > CompanyCam and select Manage Connection.
