Before you start
The Company Dashboard is not available on Basic or Pro. Upgrade your plan to take advantage of this feature.
To access the Company Dashboard you need to have the Admin or Manager role. If you don't have that role, ask an Admin on your company's account for permission; here's what they'll need.
Data is refreshed every 24 hours, occurring each evening.
Please Note
Admins and Managers will be able to view:
For the whole company: Total Projects, Photos, Checklist Fields completed, Reports created, Documents added, and active Project Collaborations.
For each User: User Role, Photo counts, Checklist Fields completed, Reports created, Documents added, and Last Activity.
Accessing the Company Dashboard
Log in to CompanyCam.
Click on the User Icon on the upper left side, and click on Company Dashboard from the drop-down menu.
How to Filter the Company Dashboard
Now that your Company Dashboard is open, you’ll be able to see an overview of your whole company, individual Users, and add new Users. Totals can be filtered by Yesterday, 1 Week, 30 Days, 60 Days, 1 Year, or All Time.
Company Overview
To filter the whole company, click on the drop-down menu next to Overview to select the timeframe you’d like to sort by. Once selected, the Dashboard will automatically update to reflect the selected range.
Users
To filter by Users, click on the drop-down menu next to Users to select the timeframe you’d like to sort by and/or type in the User's name by clicking into the search bar. Once selected, the Dashboard will automatically update to reflect the selected range and/or User you've searched for.
To add a new User, click on + Add User.
