How to Access the Corporate Portal

At a glance, the Corporate Portal is a tool you can use to see a high-level overview of the accounts within your organization.

Before you start

  • You must be an Organization Admin to access the Corporate Portal.

  • To access this feature, you must be part of an Enterprise Account.

  • The Corporate Portal is a Read-Only dashboard. The Organization Admin will not be able to comment on or share content within the Portal.

Accessing the Company Portal

  1. Log into CompanyCam on a web browser.

  2. Click on your User Icon at the top of the screen, and select Corporate Portal from the drop-down menu.

Using the Corporate Portal

Dashboard View

  1. At the top of the page, click on the Dashboard option.

  2. Once inside the Dashboard, you will be able to see a 30-day Overview of the activity that has taken place within your Organization, along with:

    • Projects

    • Photos

    • Checklists

    • Reports

    • Documents

    • Collaborations

    • User Statuses

  3. Within this page, you can also add a new Account to your Organization and view a breakdown of the activity between each of the existing Accounts inside your Organization, along with:

    • Account Names

    • Number of Billable Users

    • Project Count

    • Photo Count

    • Checklists

    • Reports

    • Documents

Photo Feed View

  1. At the top of the page, click on the Photo Feed option.

  2. Once inside the Photo Feed Tab, you'll be able to see a high-level overview of the photos that are being uploaded across the Organization.

  3. You will also have several filtering tools that can be used to narrow the feed down by Accounts, Dates, Projects, Users, and Tags.

Resources View

  1. At the top of the page, click on the Resources option.

  2. Once inside the Resources Tab, you will be able to select a time frame and account and then generate a CSV file of all of your Checklist Data. Select the duration and account from the Menu Icon.

  3. Once selected, click on Export .CSV, and then you'll receive an email once the file is ready to download.
