Before you start
You must be an Organization Admin to access the Corporate Portal.
To access this feature, you must be part of an Enterprise Account.
The Corporate Portal is a Read-Only dashboard. The Organization Admin will not be able to comment on or share content within the Portal.
Accessing the Corporate Portal
Log in to CompanyCam on a web browser.
In the left-hand navigation menu, click Switch to Org Admin.

Dashboard View
In the left-hand menu, click on the Dashboard Tab.
Once inside the Dashboard, you will be able to see an overview of the Account Metrics that have taken place within your Organization. These metrics include:
Projects
Photos
Checklists
Reports
Documents
Pages
Within the Dashboard View, you can also see your Checklist Snapshot. The Checklist Snapshot is where you can view the overall Checklist completion progress across your accounts.
If you click View All, you'll see a more in-depth Checklist Completion view across all of your accounts.
If you'd like to see the Checklist Progress for a specific account, you can click on the Account Name to access an in-depth list of an account's Checklists.
Accounts View
In the left-hand menu, click on the Accounts Tab.
Once inside this section, you'll see an Activity Overview graph. This graph can display up to 5 of your accounts and will show a 12-month rolling calendar. The graph helps to showcase an account's activity over time.
Below the Activity Overview graph, you can view your User Activity. The User Activity section is where you can view the status of the Users across your Organization.
Following the User Activity section, you'll see a breakdown of all the activity between each of the accounts within your Organization, along with:
Account Name
Projects Count
Photos Count
Checklists Count
Reports Count
Documents Count
Pages Count
Photo Feed View
In the left-hand menu, click on the Photo Feed Tab.
Once inside the Photo Feed Tab, you'll be able to see a high-level overview of the photos that are being uploaded across the Organization.
You will also have several filtering tools that can be used to narrow the feed down by Accounts, Dates, Projects, Users, and Tags.
Resources View
In the left-hand menu, click on the Resources Tab.
Once inside the Resources Tab, you will be able to select a time frame and account and then generate a .CSV file of all of your Checklist Data. Select the time frame and account(s) from the Menu Icon.
Once selected, click Export .CSV. We'll generate a .CSV file with all your Checklist data and send it straight to your inbox once the file is ready to download.
Templates View
In the left-hand menu, click on the Templates Tab.
Once inside the Templates View, you can create organization-wide Checklist Templates. Once created, these Templates will be accessible across your organization. To create a new Checkist Template, click + Create Template.
Next, you'll enter the Template editor. Here you'll title your Template, add a description, and build your Checklist Template. Any edits will save automatically.
If you need to duplicate a checklist, you can click Duplicate Template at the top of the page.
If you need to edit the Template in the future, you can click on the Template Title to reopen the editor.
