Before you start
This integration requires you to have both a CompanyCam and a SumoQuote account. Don't have an account yet? Create one here.
Integrations are not available on Basic. Upgrade your plan to take advantage of this feature.
To start integrating the two, you need to have the Admin or Manager role. If you don't have that role, ask an Admin on your company's account for permission; here's what they'll need.
How It Works
Once you have connected with CompanyCam and SumoQuote, you can use your CompanyCam photos for your SumoQuote Reports. Here's how to link your SumoQuote estimates to the proper CompanyCam project:
To link a new SumoQuote Report to a CompanyCam Project, click the green Create New Project button.
Next, select the Link to a CompanyCam Project option from the menu.
You can also link to a CompanyCam Project from an existing SumoQuote Report. You'll need to click the CompanyCam Icon and it should pull up Projects with the matching address. You can also search for Projects.
You can now use your CompanyCam photos in your SumoQuote Reports. A Project will need to be linked to the SumoQuote entry. Once a Project is linked you'll see the option to add photos from CompanyCam.
Setup
Go to your Projects page in SumoQuote. Click on Configuration and then Integrations.
Select the CompanyCam Card in the Integrations options.
Authorize the connection between CompanyCam and SumoQuote.
That's it! You are now connected. You can manage your Connection from the Connected Apps section.
