Pipedrive is a sales CRM built around activity-based selling, helping sales teams track deals from first contact to close. Connect it to CompanyCam so every new Deal creates a matching Project automatically, and the files you capture sync back to that Deal — with a link to the Project so your team can view photos anytime.
This integration is available on all plans and is only available on the web app.
Setting up the Integration
Note: You must have Admin permissions in CompanyCam to set up this integration.
In the left-hand navigation, under Integrations, click App Marketplace.
Search for Pipedrive, then click the card.
Click Connect.
Choose which address the integration uses to create a Project:
Deal: uses the address on the Deal itself.
Person: uses the address on the Person attached to the Deal.
Optional: To only create a Project when a Deal reaches specific stages, enter those stage names exactly as they appear in Pipedrive into the Stage integration field, separated by commas. Leave this field blank to create a Project for every new Deal, regardless of stage.
Click Save.
Log in to Pipedrive if you're not already signed in.
Click Allow and Install to authorize CompanyCam.
You'll know the integration is connected when a green Connected label appears on the Pipedrive card.
Note: The first time you connect the integration, your active Pipedrive Deals sync over to CompanyCam as Projects automatically. This historical sync only happens once, when you first connect.
How the integration works
Once connected, every new Deal you create in Pipedrive automatically creates a matching Project in CompanyCam. The Deal or Person setting you chose during setup determines the address used for that Project. Photos don't sync directly to Pipedrive — instead, Files you add to the Project sync to the Deal, and a link to the CompanyCam Project appears in the Deal's Notes tab so you can open it to view photos anytime.
Creating a Project from a Deal
Create a Deal in Pipedrive. A matching Project appears automatically in CompanyCam, using the address from the Deal or the Deal's Person, based on your setup settings.
Viewing synced files in Pipedrive
Files added to the CompanyCam Project sync over to the matching Deal in Pipedrive. A link to the CompanyCam Project also appears in the Deal's Notes tab — open it anytime to view the photos captured on site.
Existing Deals and Projects
Deals that were active in Pipedrive at the time you connected sync over as Projects during the one-time historical sync. Deals created after that point create Projects automatically going forward.
