Before you start
Plan Requirements:
This feature is available on all plans.
You must have an active account with both CompanyCam and Procore to integrate the two services.
Permission Roles:
You must have Admin privileges in both CompanyCam and Procore. If you don't have that, your Admin can update your permissions. Here is what they'll need.
Platform Availability:
Integrations cannot be connected in the mobile app. You must set them up using a web browser.
What is Procore?
Procore is the all-in-one construction management software built to help you finish quality Projects safely, on time, and within budget.
Setup
In CompanyCam, click on the Integrations option under Resources in the left-hand navigation menu.
Look for the Procore card under the different Integration options and open it.
Select Connect.
Select Continue to link your Procore account to CompanyCam.
Once you continue, select Log in with Procore.
This will then take you to Procore, where you will select Allow.
Confirm the Procore company you set up with the CompanyCam integration.
That's it! You will now be connected. You should see the card updated and a Disconnect option. If you ever need to turn the integration off, you can select this.
Note: When you first connect the integration, CompanyCam will sync over any active entries in Procore as CompanyCam Projects. Then, moving forward, all Projects added to Procore will create new CompanyCam Projects.
How it works
Anytime you add a new Project in Procore, a new Project in CompanyCam will be created automatically. This CompanyCam Project will also have a Procore Label attached. If you add photos or Files to the CompanyCam Project, they will automatically go back into the Procore Project under Documents.
Create a Project in Procore.
Once a Project is generated in Procore, a matching CompanyCam Project will be created automatically.
Capture photos and upload Files to this matching CompanyCam Project and see those sync back to the Procore Project under the Documents Tab in real time!
