How to use Dual Video Mode

Create more engagement with the Dual Video mode by using the front and back cameras to show and tell, but inform at the same time!

Before you start

  • Dual Video Mode is not available on Basic, Pro, or Premium. Upgrade your plan to Elite to take advantage of this feature.

  • Availability of this feature depends on your current plan and when you subscribed to CompanyCam. If you joined CompanyCam prior to January 15, 2025, you may have access to this feature. Please reach out to our Support Team if you have questions!

  • Only available on iOS.

  • Only available on select iPhone models (devices with the Apple A12 chip or newer).

  • User experience may vary if you are included in a Closed Beta for this feature. Please reach out to our Support Team if your in-app experience doesn't match the one pictured here.

Record using Dual Video Mode

  1. Tap on the Camera Icon as you normally would when taking a photo.

  2. Select the Project you'd like to add a video to.

  3. Once within the capture tool, tap on the Video Icon.

  4. Select Dual Video Icon.

  5. Once you've finished recording your video, select the Done Button to save and upload the video.
