Plan Requirements:
This feature is available on select plans. If you’re interested in access, our team is available to help walk you through your options.
Permission Role:
All User Permissions Roles can access and utilize the Dual Video mode feature.
Platform Availability:
Dual Video mode is only available on IOS.
Dual Video mode is only available on the mobile app for select iPhone models (devices with the Apple A12 chip or newer).
In the app
Tap on the Camera Icon as you normally would when taking a photo.
Select the Project you'd like to add a video to.
Once within the capture tool, tap on Dual Video.
Select the Record Button in the middle of your screen to begin recording.
Once you've finished recording your video, select Done to save and upload the video.
