Before you start
Creating Projects in CompanyCam is an account-level feature and is available to all Permission Roles. Restricted Users can only see Projects they've created or have been assigned to.
Admin, Manager, and Standard Users can see all Projects on the company account. If you need one of these Roles, ask an Admin on your company's account for permission; here's what they'll need.
On the web
Log into CompanyCam.
Click on the Create Project Button in the upper right corner of the Project Feed.
Use the search box to search for your Project's specific address or business name.
If you do not know the address or business name— choose to Place a pin and place a map pin or GeoFence. A map pin is perfect for defining a residential home or a small commercial Project. For larger Projects, or for longitudinal construction, you would be better suited to use a GeoFence.
In the app
Open CompanyCam, tap on the + New Project Icon OR you can also tap on the Camera Icon on the bottom of the home screen.
If you are physically standing at your Project location, tap the blue Confirm Button. If you are creating a Project elsewhere, use the search box to search for your Project's specific address or business name.
After creating, you can edit the Project details as needed, then tap Create Project in the upper right corner OR on the bottom of the screen.
You can now start taking or uploading Project photos!
