Adding or Updating Billing Information

Learn how to add a new payment method or update the one on file in your CompanyCam account.

You can manage your CompanyCam billing directly from your account at any time. We accept credit card and ACH/bank account payments — no need to call or email us to make a change.

This feature is only available on the web app.


Manage your billing

Note: Only Admins can make changes to billing.

Log in to CompanyCam > click your User Profile > Billing.

Adding a payment method

If no payment method is on file, click Add Payment Method, then follow the setup steps to link your card or bank account.

Updating a payment method

If a payment method is already on file, click Update Payment Method, then follow the steps to enter your new card or switch to a bank account.


FAQs

Can I pay by bank account?

ACH/bank account payments are supported. On the payment setup screen, select US Bank Account to link your bank. If you can't find your bank in the list, it isn't supported by our payment processor — you'll need to pay by credit card instead.

Can I update billing from the mobile app?

Billing can only be managed from a web browser. You can use a desktop browser or your phone's mobile browser — just not the CompanyCam mobile app.
