What is the Difference between a Project Task and a Checklist?
Project Tasks are great for non-repeatable, one-off tasks for a project. They can act as simpler to-dos or a punch list for specific tasks to complete on the project. Project Tasks are limited to 100 per Project.
Checklists capture detailed field information — recording site conditions and step-by-step work instructions — and can be assigned to specific users.
