Project Tasks are quick to-dos you can add to a Project — a simple way to track one-off punch list items without setting up a full Checklist. You can add a Task from the Project itself, attach one to a specific photo or video, or create one on the go from My Stuff.
Note: Project Tasks are best for simple, one-off to-dos — up to 100 per Project. If you need to capture detailed field information, step-by-step instructions, or assign work to specific Users, use a Checklist instead.
On the web
Adding a Task within the Project view
Log in to CompanyCam.
Open the Project you'd like to add a Task for.
Click the collapsible Sidebar Icon on the right if it's collapsed.
Under the Tasks section, click + New Task and type your Task. Press Enter or click + New Task again to add more.
Adding a Task to a photo or video
Open the Project and select a photo or video, then click + New Task, type your Task, and press Enter. The Task appears with a thumbnail of that photo or video in the Project's general Tasks section.
Marking a Task complete
Click the Circle Icon next to a Task to mark it complete. Completed Tasks automatically move to the Show Completed section, which displays as Hide Completed once expanded.

Note: To access Project Tasks in Offline Mode, open the Project in the app before turning on Offline Mode.
Adding a Task within the Project view
Open the Project you'd like to add a Task for.
Tap the To-Dos tab.
Tap the + Icon, then tap Task.
Enter the Task, then tap Create New Task.
Adding a Task from My Stuff
From the Home Screen, tap My Stuff.
Tap Tasks at the top of the screen and then tap the + Icon.
Enter the Task details, then tap Create New Task.
Adding a Task to a photo or video
Open the Project and select a photo or video, tap the Tasks Icon, enter your Task, then tap Create New Task.
Marking a Task complete
Tap the Square Icon next to a Task to mark it complete.
