The App Store subscription to CompanyCam caps you at 3 Users. Switching to Direct Pay means CompanyCam bills you directly, so you can add as many Users as your crew needs and manage your plan from the web.
Transitioning to Direct Pay can only be done on the web app.
Adding payment in CompanyCam
Important: Add your payment info in CompanyCam first, then cancel your App Store subscription. Cancelling in the App Store first can cause billing problems.
Note: Only Admins can access Billing.
Log in to CompanyCam, then open your Billing page.
Click See Available Plans.
Pick the plan you want. You can toggle between monthly and annual before you confirm.
Confirm your changes.
Cancelling Apple App Store subscription
Once your Direct Pay plan is active, cancel your App Store subscription so Apple stops billing you. Follow Apple's steps to cancel a subscription.
