Tugger is a reporting and AI insights platform that brings a contractor's business systems into one place. This integration connects your CompanyCam account to Tugger, so your Projects, photos, checklists, and comments join the same data set as your job management, accounting, or CRM systems. Once connected, you can ask questions about your CompanyCam data in plain language through Tugger's AI Insights, or build dashboards in Power BI and Tableau.

How the integration works
You connect your CompanyCam account to Tugger from within Tugger, using CompanyCam's standard sign-in — there's no API key to create or manage. The connection is read-only, so Tugger can pull data out of CompanyCam, but it can't create, change, or delete anything in your CompanyCam account.
Once connected, your CompanyCam Projects, photo and video metadata, Documents, Checklists, and comments flow one-way into a dedicated database Tugger keeps just for your company. After the first sync, Tugger checks for new and updated records on a regular schedule, so your data stays current without extra work on your end.
Setting up the integration

When Tugger prompts you to connect CompanyCam, sign in with your CompanyCam account to authorize the connection. There's no API key to copy — signing in is the whole step.

Using your CompanyCam data in Tugger
Once you're connected, there's nothing more to do in CompanyCam — the rest of the workflow happens in Tugger. Ask Tugger's AI Insights questions about your CompanyCam data in plain language, like which jobs are missing photos or how checklist completion looks by crew. Tugger connects to an AI assistant like Claude or ChatGPT to answer from your synced data. Prefer a dashboard? The same data feeds Power BI and Tableau through secured OData feeds.
