Advanced Checklists guide your team through the exact steps needed for each job by showing or hiding relevant work so you only see what's in front of you, ensuring you never miss a step.

On the web
Completing an Advanced Checklist
Open the Advanced Checklist you'd like to complete, and click the Add Media button to add photos or videos.
To add content to include in your Advanced Checklist, select the photos/videos you'd like to include and then click Confirm.
After answering a question within a Conditional Field, additional information may be requested. When additional information is needed, you'll see another requirement within the Field you're working on. This subfield will ask for information informaiton depending on how the Field was built.
To mark a Field as complete, click on the Circle Icon to the left of the Field.
Exporting to PDF
Once you've completed your Advanced Checklist, you can export it to PDF directly from the web.
1. Open the Advanced Checklist you want to export.
2. Click the 3 Dots Icon in the upper-right corner of the Checklist.
3. Click Export to PDF.
4. Choose whether to export All Fields, Completed Fields Only, or Incomplete Fields Only, then click Export.

Tap the 3 Dots Icon to the right of the Field you'd like to add photos or videos to.
Tap the option to either Capture your photos or videos, Add Photos from Device, or Add Photos from Project.

Tap on the Circle Icon to the left of the Field to mark it complete.

Tap Export to PDF.
