Before you start
Plan Requirements:
This feature is available on all plans.
Permission Roles:
All User Permission Roles can update their own Profile Photo.
Admin and Managers can update the Profile Photo for any User.
Platform Availability:
Users can update their Profile Photo on both the web and mobile app.
Admin and Managers can only update Profile Photos for other Users on the web app.
On the web
To change your Profile Photo, click on your User Icon in the top left-hand corner and then click on My Photos from the dropdown menu.
Click Change Photo under your current Profile Photo.
Drag and drop a photo or click within the blue box to upload a new Profile Photo.
Once your new Profile Photo preview appears, click Upload.
That's it! Your new Profile Photo will now be saved.
In the app
Tap on your User Icon at the top left of the home screen.
Next, tap on Edit Profile.
Tap your Profile Photo Icon.
From here, you can tap the Capture Button when you're ready to take a photo.
When the photo is captured, you can tap Use this Photo to save that photo as your Profile Photo, or you can tap Take another to take a different photo.
