On the web
Log in at CompanyCam.
Click on the User Icon on the left side panel and then click on My Settings from the dropdown menu.
In the My Settings section, you can update your email and password by selecting Change Email Address or Password. When updating your email or password, you will need to confirm your current password before saving your changes.
Once you've finished making changes, select Save Changes at the top right corner of the screen.
In the app
Tap on your User Icon in the lower right corner.
On your profile, tap on the Arrow Icon next to your name in the upper left corner.
In the Account Info section, tap Edit.
Confirm your current password and update your email address and/or password.
Tap Save in the upper right corner to save your changes before leaving.
*If you don't remember your login or password, click or tap on Forgot My Password on the sign in screen, enter your email address and we'll email you a link to reset your password.*
