Aspire is a field service management platform, and MindCloud is the company that builds and maintains the connection between Aspire and CompanyCam. Once you connect your accounts, this integration keeps Aspire Opportunities, Users, and job photos in sync with CompanyCam Projects, so your team doesn't have to enter the same information in both platforms. MindCloud provides 4 prebuilt workflows that you can turn on, turn off, or customize to match how your team works.

How the integration works
This integration is built and maintained by MindCloud, and it connects your Aspire and CompanyCam accounts through a set of prebuilt workflows. When an Opportunity is created or completed in Aspire, the matching CompanyCam Project is created or archived, and Aspire Users stay in sync with CompanyCam. Photos and files you add in CompanyCam flow to the associated Aspire Opportunity, so job documentation stays attached to the right record in both places.
Setting up the integration
Note: Admins and Managers can connect the integration. If you don't have that role, ask an Admin on your company's account for permission.
Setup happens on MindCloud's platform. Use the prebuilt MindCloud invitation link to sign up. Joining through this link gives you automatic access to the 4 prebuilt workflows included with this integration.

Available sync workflows
All 4 workflows come fully configured, and you can toggle each one on or off, or customize it within MindCloud:
When an Opportunity is created in Aspire, a new Project is created in CompanyCam.
Assigned and updated Users are automatically updated in CompanyCam.
New photos and files added to CompanyCam are automatically uploaded to the associated Aspire Opportunity.
When you complete an Opportunity in Aspire, the associated Project is automatically archived in CompanyCam.
