Before you start
You must have an active account with both CompanyCam and Dash in order to integrate the two services.
Integrations are not available on Basic. Upgrade your plan to take advantage of this feature.
To start integrating the two, you need to have the Admin or Manager role. If you don't have that role, ask an Admin on your company's account for permission; here's what they'll need.
What is Dash?
Dash, part of Cotality, is a leading provider of property insights and innovative solutions, transforming the property industry with a people-first approach. The company serves the real estate, mortgage, and property insurance sectors with a focus on delivering smarter, more connected experiences.
This integration enables contractors to automatically import photos and project conversations from CompanyCam directly into DASH jobs, eliminating time-consuming manual uploads and double entry.

The default setting is all locations.
How it works
Once you connect your Dash account to CompanyCam through the DHA Vendor Integration settings in Dash, you can choose what to sync: Jobs, Photos, and Notes (all three selected by default). After connecting, any new job created in Dash will automatically generate a matching project in CompanyCam. Photos uploaded to CompanyCam will sync back to the job’s photo album in Dash, and any comments made in the project conversation will appear in the job’s Notes section. This real-time sync keeps your office team instantly informed and ensures all project documentation stays organized and up to date.
