Inspect.Properties turns your CompanyCam photos into structured inspection reports, including roof measurements, weather history, and material estimates. Connect the two so photos flow automatically between platforms and finished reports land right in your Project's Files tab.

What is Inspect.Properties?
Inspect.Properties builds inspection and claims reports for roofers, adjusters, and property professionals. It pulls together roof measurements, historical weather data, onsite photos, and material estimates into one report that contractors and carriers can both trust.
Order measurements and weather history before you're onsite, capture photos while you're there, and get back a finished report with annotated evidence — all without juggling four separate tools.
Setting up the integration
Note: To start integrating the two, you need to have the Admin or Manager role. If you don't have that role, ask an Admin on your company's account for permission.

Important: Each User needs to set up their own OAuth connection. It cannot be enabled for the whole account.
How it works
By connecting your CompanyCam and Inspect.Properties accounts, any photos uploaded in either platform will flow bi-directionally. Roof measurements, weather data, estimates, and synced photos are then compiled into structured reports, which are stored in the Documents Tab of the corresponding project in CompanyCam as a File. From there, users can choose whether to share Files organization-wide or keep them at an individual level.
