Connecting CompanyCam to Rilla

Learn how to connect CompanyCam to Rilla so field photos sync into your virtual ride-alongs.

Rilla is a virtual ride-along software for the home improvement industry that records and analyzes in-home sales conversations. Connecting Rilla to CompanyCam pulls the photos your reps take on-site into the matching Rilla ride-along, so a sales manager can see what the rep saw while listening to what they said.

You can only connect this integration using a web browser.

How the integration works

Once connected, CompanyCam sends the photos your reps capture in the field over to Rilla and matches them to the corresponding ride-along recording. Rilla pairs that visual context with its AI-transcribed audio, so a sales manager reviewing a rep's call can see the same photos the rep took while they were talking.

Setting up the integration

Note: Only Admins can connect Rilla with CompanyCam.

  1. Before connecting with Rilla, you'll need to create an Application Key in CompanyCam.

  2. After you've created your Application Key, email [email protected] with the subject line: “{your company name} | CompanyCam Integration” and paste your Application Key in the body. Rilla's team will finish setting up the integration on their end.
