Sync your CompanyCam project to a HeyPros work order and ensure all photos subcontractors send you are instantly uploaded to CompanyCam!

Before you start

  • You must have an active paid account with both CompanyCam and HeyPros in order to integrate the two services.

  • You must have Admin privileges in CompanyCam and the correct permissions in HeyPros to integrate. If you don't have that role, ask an Admin on your company's account for permission; here's what they'll need.

What is HeyPros?

In today's fast-paced construction industry, efficiency, clarity, and streamlined operations are paramount. How it works

  1. Once your Project is created you can go to HeyPros and begin building your Work Order for this job.

  2. Fill out the necessary information for your Work Order and then toggle on "Link to CompanyCam Project."

  3. After turning the toggle on, you can select the matching Project from the Dropdown. If Photos or Documents have already been taken for that Project you can select them with the checkmark in the top right of the photos. Once you select your Project and photos you'd like to tie to this work order you can select "Continue" in the bottom right.

  4. Next, you can add your Contractors to the Work Order as normal and click Send to.

  5. From there the Contractor will be notified of that Work Order! Contractors can add their photos to this Work Order by adding them from their device or the camera directly in the Work Order chat.

  6. Once photos are uploaded to the Work Order those Photos will sync back to the CompanyCam Project. Tags will also be added to the photos showing that they were taken in HeyPros as well as the name of the Contractor that took them!

  7. Once an invoice has been created you can attach photos in HeyPros to this Invoice! Once the Invoice has been approved the Photos will attach to the matching CompanyCam Project!


Please see the documentation linked below to integrate:

  1. Within HeyPros, go to the left hand side and select Settings. Under Settings, select Integrations.

  2. Next, select Configure within the CompanyCam tab and sign into your CompanyCam account if you are not already signed in.

3. Once you log in you will be connected! You can confirm that the two are integrated if the status changes from "Configure" to "Configured." ​
