Connecting CompanyCam to Groundwork

Connect CompanyCam to Groundwork to link Groundwork leads to CompanyCam Projects and request or share homeowner photos and videos.

Groundwork is a CRM built to help home improvement and remodeling sales teams qualify leads, track marketing, and convert deals faster. Connecting your CompanyCam and Groundwork accounts links each Groundwork lead to a matching CompanyCam Project, and a new Groundwork lead can automatically create a Project in CompanyCam. From there, you can open the linked Groundwork lead to request photos and videos from homeowners and share your own media back to them.

This feature is only available on the web app

How the integration works

Once you connect your CompanyCam and Groundwork accounts, a link to the associated Groundwork lead appears in the Project Description section of the matching CompanyCam Project. A new Groundwork lead submission can also automatically create a new Project in CompanyCam.

From that link, you can open the Groundwork lead summary and log in to Groundwork to manage homeowner photos and videos. For questions about lead data or sync timing beyond this connection, reach out to Groundwork Support.
