Integrating CompanyCam to SuccessWare

Learn how to connect CompanyCam to SuccessWare so new SuccessWare Jobs create matching Projects, and your job site photos sync back automatically.

SuccessWare is an all-in-one business management platform for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and roofing contractors, covering scheduling, dispatch, accounting, and job management.

Connecting CompanyCam and SuccessWare means every new Job in SuccessWare creates a matching Project in CompanyCam, so your photos, videos, and files live right alongside your SuccessWare Jobs. Any photos and files you add to that Project sync back to SuccessWare.

This feature is only available on the web app.

How the integration works

When a Job is created in SuccessWare, a matching Project is created in CompanyCam automatically. When you add photos or files to that Project in CompanyCam, they sync back to the Job in SuccessWare.

Setting up the integration

Note: You need Admin permissions in both CompanyCam and SuccessWare to set up this integration.

Before connecting with SuccessWare, you'll need to generate an Application Key in CompanyCam.

  1. After you've created an Application Key and copied it, log into your SuccessWare account.

  2. In SuccessWare, paste the token into the Access Token field.

  3. Follow SuccessWare's setup steps to finish connecting.

Note: If you have any questions regarding the SuccessWare side of the integration, you can reach out to Michelle at [email protected].
