Once that Project exists, photos and videos you capture in CompanyCam for it are sent to serviceminder automatically, using each photo's user and project location coordinates to load it to the correct appointment.

serviceminder's integration settings include an option to automatically create CompanyCam Projects when an appointment starts. When this setting is turned on, serviceminder first looks for a matching Project. If it doesn't find one, serviceminder creates a new CompanyCam Project for that appointment. Check with your serviceminder admin to confirm whether this setting is turned on for your account.
