Before you start
Desktop Requirements: Internet Explorer, Windows 7, and Windows 8, aren't compatible.
Mobile Device Requirements: Windows and Blackberry devices aren't compatible.
Supported iOS: 13 and up.
Supported Android OS: 7.0 and up.
Check the version in the App
You'll find the App Version currently installed on your device by heading to the bottom of the settings page.
Tap your user icon at the bottom right of the Home screen.
Tap the gear icon in the upper right to access your App Settings.
Scroll to the bottom and the App Version is listed below the red Sign Out button.
Update the App
If you have automatic updates turned on for the iOS App Store or Google Play Store, you'll always have the most current version of the app. However, if you prefer to not have this setting turned on, you'll need to check for updates manually and update to keep CompanyCam running as smoothly as possible.
Head to the App Store on your mobile device.
Tap the Updates tab at the bottom of the screen.
Check to see if there is one available for CompanyCam.
Head to the Google Play Store app on your mobile device.
Tap the 3 lines at the top left.
Select My apps & games.
