Before you start
Desktop Requirements: Internet Explorer, Windows 7, and Windows 8 aren't compatible.
Mobile Device Requirements: Windows and Blackberry devices aren't compatible.
Supported iOS: 15 and up.
Supported Android OS: 7.0 and up.
Check the App Version
You'll find the App Version currently installed on your device by heading to the bottom of the settings page.
Tap your User Icon at the bottom right of the home screen.
Tap the Gear Icon in the upper right to access your App Settings.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and the App Version is listed below the red Sign Out button.
Update App
If you have automatic updates turned on for the iOS App Store or Google Play Store, you'll always have the most current version of the app. However, if you prefer to not have this setting turned on, you'll need to check for updates manually and update to keep CompanyCam running as smoothly as possible.
iOS
Open the App Store on your mobile device.
Tap on your User Icon at the top of the screen.
Scroll down to the Updates tab at the bottom of the screen.
Check to see if there is one available for CompanyCam.
Choose Update.
Android
Open the Google Play Store on your mobile device.
At the top right corner of the store, tap on your User Icon.
Tap Manage apps & device. Check to see if there is an update available for CompanyCam.
Tap Update.
