Plan Requirements:
This feature is available on all plans.
You will need to have an active account with both CompanyCam and naturalForms to connect the integration.
Permission Roles:
To integrate, you need to have the Admin or Manager role. If you don't have that role, ask an Admin on your company's account for permission.
Platform Availability:
Integrations cannot be connected in the mobile app. You must set them up using a web browser.

How it works
This integration connects your CompanyCam Projects with naturalForms, allowing your team to automatically prefill forms with project data, complete documents in the field, and keep all photos and paperwork organized in one place—without duplicate entry.
Syncs CompanyCam Projects with naturalForms documents
Project data (name, address, contact info) flows into naturalForms and auto-populates forms
Crews complete forms in naturalForms, including signatures, sketches, and offline workflows
Finished PDFs and associated data automatically sync back to the correct CompanyCam project under Files
Keeps photos, forms, and signatures centralized in one project record
Admins control which templates sync and manage the connection via an access token
