Before you start
Plan Requirements:
This feature is available on all plans.
You will need to have an active account with both CompanyCam and SRS Roof Hub to connect the integration.
Permission Roles:
To integrate, you need to have the Admin or Manager role. If you don't have that role, ask an Admin on your company's account for permission; here's what they'll need.
Platform Availability:
Integrations cannot be connected in the mobile app. You must set them up using a web browser.

Set up
Please note:
The integration is one-way: CompanyCam → Roof Hub
There is no automatic syncing or storage of photos in Roof Hub
Photos remain in CompanyCam unless they are explicitly imported into Estimator
Log in to SRS Roof Hub.
Navigate to the Integrations page on Roof Hub.
Locate the CompanyCam card, and click connect.
This will then redirect you to the CompanyCam-specific integration page to authenticate your account.
How it works
This integration allows you to connect your CompanyCam account to Roof Hub and access your projects and photos directly within your Roof Hub workflows—without duplicating data. Once connected, Roof Hub pulls in your CompanyCam projects, which can be viewed through the CompanyCam integration card for easy access to job context.
When you’re ready to create a proposal, you can use the photo picker to select and upload photos directly from CompanyCam.
The integration is one-way, from CompanyCam to Roof Hub, and project data is pulled on demand.
Photos remain stored in CompanyCam by default and are not automatically synced or duplicated.
If you choose to import photos into Roof Hub Estimator, only the selected photos are downloaded and stored in Roof Hub to support estimating and proposal workflows.
