How to Access Community Checklist Templates

Community Checklists are a great way to access templates you're needing for jobs you're working on. Subscribe or save individual templates!

Before you start

Plan Requirements:

  • Community Checklists are only available on select plans. If you're interested in access, our team is available to help walk you through your options.

Permission Roles:

  • To subscribe to Community Checklists, you need to have the Admin or Manager role. If you don't have that role, ask an Admin on your company's account for permission.

Platform Availability:

  • Subscribing to Community Checklist Templates can only be done on the web app.

On the web

  1. Log in to CompanyCam on a web browser.

  2. Click on your User Icon at the top of the page and select Community Checklists.

  3. Select which Partner you'd like to receive Checklists from.

4. Click Subscribe to get all the lists added to your library. You can also select the individual list you'd like to have added to your library, to do this, click on Add.

Accessing subscribed Templates

  1. Open the Project you'd like to add your Checklist to and click the Checklist Tab.

  2. Create a Checklist using Existing Templates. Select the Partner Checklist Template you'd like to use.

FAQs

What is the difference between Restricted and Non-restricted partners?

  • Restricted Templates are Templates where permission must be granted by the partner before they’re available to be added to a company.

  • Once access has been granted, the requester will receive an email telling them they’re approved, and they can then go into the community and subscribe or add Templates individually like normal.
