Plan Requirements:
This feature is available on all plans.
Permission Roles:
To create Email Recaps, you'll need to have the Admin or Manager role. If you don't have that role, ask an Admin on your company's account for permission.
Email Recaps cannot be sent to Users with the Restricted role.
Platform Availability:
Creating Email Recaps is only available on the web app.
On the web
Log in to CompanyCam.
Click on your User Icon on the left sidebar and then click on Company Settings from the dropdown menu.
On the Company Settings page, click on Email Recaps.
To create a new recap, click New Email Recap.
From the Email Recap window, you can select who the email should go to from your Users list, what kind of recap, and how often it should be delivered. Click Create once you've selected all the options.
If you need to edit an existing Email Recap, click the Pencil Icon to the right of the one you need to change. If you need to delete an Email Recap, click the Trash Icon to the right of the Email Recap.

Recap emails will be delivered:
Daily Recap: 6 pm local time
Weekly Recap: Saturday 6 pm local time
Monthly Recap: 1st of the month, 6 pm local time
