Deleted photos don't disappear right away. They move to the Project Trash first, where you can restore them yourself without contacting our support team.
This feature is only available on the web app.
Restoring a photo
Admins and Managers can restore photos from the Project Trash. Ask an Admin on your account for help if you need a photo restored.
Open the Project that has the photo you want to restore.
Click the 3-dot icon in the upper-right corner and select View Project Trash.
Select the photos you want to restore, or click Select All to restore everything in the trash.
Click Move Back to Project.
Important: Photos are permanently deleted 90 days after they move to the Project Trash. Restore them before then if you want to keep them.
