Not every photo gets taken in the app. Upload the ones already sitting on your computer or your phone, and they'll land in the Project with the rest of your job documentation. Every photo in CompanyCam lives in a Project, so open one or create a new one before you start.
On the web
Log in to CompanyCam, open the Project you want the photos in, then click + Upload Photos.
Drag and drop your photos into the window, or browse your computer to find them. Click Open to start the upload.
In the app
Upload photos manually
Open the Project you want the photos in, then tap the + in the Photos section.
Tap Upload Photos.
Choose how you want to find your photos:
Tap Last 30 days or Last 12 months to let the Magic Uploader pull in photos taken at the Project's address.
Tap Select Photos Manually to pick them yourself.
Tap Upload Photos to add them to the Project.
Important: The Magic Uploader brings in up to 100 photos at a time. Anything past that won't come through, so select the rest manually.

Yes. On mobile, you'll need to grant the CompanyCam app access to your device's gallery or camera roll. If you can't access your gallery in the app, check your device's App Settings and make sure access is enabled for CompanyCam.

You can't select all photos at once when uploading manually. You'll need to select photos one at a time. However, if you're uploading photos from the same location, use Magic Uploader to upload all photos from the last 30 or 12 months without manual selection.

Photo dates are set based on your file's EXIF data. If the photo has EXIF data, CompanyCam uses the date it was originally taken. If there's no EXIF data, the photo will show the date you uploaded it.
