A Showcase is a curated collection of photos from a completed Project. When published, Showcases appear on your Portfolio Site, Website Gallery, and Website Map, giving potential customers a visual look at your work.
This feature is available on select plans.
On the web
Create a Showcase
Note: Only Admins and Managers can set up your Portfolio Site.
Open the Project you want to showcase.
Click Showcase This Project in the upper right corner.
In the Showcase Editor, fill in the required fields:
Showcase Name
Description
Project Type (choose from the list or type your own)
Materials Used (type your own)
Photos
Click Select Photos. Click the Checkbox Icon in the upper left corner of each photo you want to include, or click the Checkbox Icon next to a date to select all photos from that day. Click Confirm when done.
Once all required fields are filled, click Create.
Note: The Showcase date reflects when the Project was completed, approximated by the month the last photo or video was added to the Project.
Bulk Create Showcases
If you want to add multiple Projects to your Portfolio at once, you can create Showcases in bulk directly from the Portfolio tab.
Click Showcases in the left-hand navigation menu.
Click + Create Showcases.
Select the Projects you want to add, then click Add to Portfolio. Your Showcases will save as Drafts automatically.
Before you can publish, you'll need to assign a Project Type to each Showcase. Click Select Project Types to do this.
To further customize a Showcase, click the Pencil Icon next to it to open the editor. From here, you can update the Showcase Title, Thumbnail Photo, Project Type, Photos, Products Used, and Showcase Description.
Click Select Photos to choose which photos appear in the Showcase.
When finished, click Update.
To publish a Showcase, turn on the Publish Toggle.
Edit and Manage your Showcases
To manage your Showcases, click on the Showcases Tab in your left-hand navigation menu.
To enable or disable a Showcase from your website or Portfolio Site, click on the Published Toggle.

To edit or manage an existing Showcase, click on the Pencil Icon to open the editor.
Once you've finished editing your Showcase, click Update.

Create a Showcase
Open the Project you want to showcase and tap the Menu Icon at the top of the screen.
Tap Showcase this Project.
Select the photos you'd like to include, then tap Next.
On the details screen, fill in the following:
Title
Project Type
Cover Photo
Products Used (optional)
Description (optional)
Tap Publish when you're done.
Edit a Showcase
Open the Project and tap the menu icon at the top of the screen.
Tap Edit Showcase.
Make your changes, then tap Update.

Can I edit and delete Project Type and Products Used labels?
Yes, you can manage and delete Project Type/Product Used labels. To manage these, click on the Showcases Tab in the left-hand navigation menu > Click on the 3-Dots Icon > Manage Showcase Tags.

Photos added to a Project after a Showcase is created are hidden by default. To add them, go to Portfolio, find your Showcase, click the pencil icon, click Select Photos, select the Photos you want to include, and click Update.

To hide a Showcase, unpublish it. Go to Portfolio and turn off the Published Toggle next to the Showcase.

Click Showcases in the left-hand navigation menu. All of your published Showcases and Drafts will be listed there.
Do Showcases affect my website's SEO?
Do Showcases affect my website's SEO?
Showcases don't directly affect your website's SEO. If you've embedded the Website Gallery using JavaScript, you can use Google's Mobile-Friendly Test or the URL Inspection Tool to check whether your content is being indexed correctly.
