Before you start
You need to have an active account with CompanyCam and Rilla to integrate the two services.
Integrations are not available on Basic. Upgrade your plan to take advantage of this feature.
To integrate, you need to have the Admin role. If you don't have that role, ask an Admin on your company's account for permission; here's what they'll need.
What is Rilla?
Rilla is the leading virtual ride-along software for the home improvement industry. That means when your team goes out and talks to homeowners in the home, they record their conversations with our mobile app. Rilla uses AI to automatically transcribe, analyze, and give users feedback to improve their close rates and help their sales managers save dozens of hours every month. This integration combines the audio of the ridealong from Rilla with the photos taken in CompanyCam giving users the ability to standardize their sales/estimating process with all the context they need form the field!
How it works
The Rilla and CompanyCam integration sync all the photos your sales reps take in the field directly into your virtual ridealong, allowing you to not only hear, but see what your rep is seeing in order to coach them to the fullest. This integration weaves together the audio from Rilla with the visuals from CompanyCam to make monitoring, giving feedback on, and improving field sales team's close rates easier.
Integration Setup
Go to app.companycam.com.
On the left-side menu select your User Icon.
Click on Access Tokens.
Click on New Token.
Select N/A in the dropdown and click Create Token.
Once you’ve created the Token, click on the Copy Icon to copy the Token.
Email [email protected] with subject line: “{your company name} | CompanyCam integration” and paste your Token in the body.
