A CompanyCam subscription through iTunes is valid for just 1 active user. In order to add additional users, follow this guide to set up direct pay with CompanyCam.
CANCEL iTUNES PAYMENT
Use this link:
From your Mobile Device: choose CompanyCam and then 'Cancel Subscription'
From your Computer: click 'Edit' next to CompanyCam and then 'Cancel Subscription'
ADD PAYMENT INFO IN COMPANYCAM
1. Log in on the web at app.companycam.com
2. Hover over your user icon (upper right corner) and choose 'Billing'
3. Add payment information
