Change an Email Login and Password

Change an Email Login and Password in the Web App:

1. Log in at app.companycam.com.

2. Click on the User Profile in the upper right corner.

3. Click on My Settings from the dropdown menu.
4. In the My Settings section, you can update your email login in the "Email Address" section. You can also update your password just below the email address in the "Update Password" section by typing a new password there.

5. Click on Save Changes at the bottom of the page before leaving to ensure your changes are applied!

Changing Your Email Login on Mobile:

  1. Tap on your User Icon in the lower right corner.
  2. On your profile, tap on the arrow next to your name in the upper left corner.
  3. In the My Settings section, tap Edit and update your email.
  4. Tap Save in the upper right corner to save your changes before leaving.

Changing Your Password on Mobile:

  1. Tap on your User Icon in the lower right corner.
  2. On your profile, tap on the arrow next to your name in the upper left corner.
  3. In the My Settings section, tap on Edit.
  4. Enter your New Password in the Password field below your Job Title.
  5. Tap Save in the upper right corner before leaving to save the change.

*If you don't remember your login or password, click on Forgot My Password on the sign in screen, enter your email address and the app will email you a link to reset your password with.*
