Transition to Direct Pay

iOS users can purchase a single-user subscription for CompanyCam in the Apple App Store. A CompanyCam subscription through the Apple App Store limits your ability to manage additional users. If you'd like to add more users to your account you'll want to transition to our direct pay system.

Before you start

  • Be sure to follow these instructions in order starting in CompanyCam. If you cancel the Apple App Store billing first there will be complications. 
  • In order to make Billing changes in CompanyCam you need to have the Admin role. If you don't have that role, ask an Admin on your company's account for permission; here's what they'll need.

Add payment in CompanyCam

  1. Log into CompanyCam from the web or a mobile browser at https://app.companycam.com
  2. Click or tap your user icon on the left menu and choose Billing.
  3. Select Upgrade Plan and add your credit card.

Cancel Apple App Store subscription
