Transition to Direct Pay
A CompanyCam subscription through iTunes limits your ability to manage additional users. Follow this guide to set up direct pay with CompanyCam.
Please be sure to follow these instructions in order as this will potentially affect your account status. There may be complications if you cancel your iTunes payment first.
ADD PAYMENT INFO IN COMPANYCAM
1. Log in on the web at app.companycam.com.
2. Click on your user icon and choose 'Billing'.
3. Select your Pricing Plan and add Payment Method.
4. You aren't done yet, please go on to the next section to cancel your iTunes Subscription to avoid double charges.
CANCEL iTUNES PAYMENT
From your Mobile Device: Choose CompanyCam and then 'Cancel Subscription'.
From your Computer: Click 'Edit' next to CompanyCam and then 'Cancel Subscription'.
