Reactivate a User
If you have already created a User, but have deactivated them, you will not be able to invite them again and will need to reactivate their User ID.
*You must have access to 'Create and Modify User Accounts' in order to reactivate a User ID. If you do not have access to this permission, please reach out to the Admin of your account to request it be added for you.*
How to Quickly Reactivate a User ID:
Web App
- Head to http://app.companycam.com
- Select Users at the top
- Search for the User ID in your User list
- Click the three dots in the upper right corner of the User's card
- Select Reactivate
Mobile App
- Tap Users & Groups on the top of the home screen
- Scroll to the bottom of the user list until you see Deactivated Users
- Tap the three dots to right of the Deactivated User
- Select Reactivate
