Reactivate a User

If you have already created a User, but have deactivated them, you will not be able to invite them again and will need to reactivate their User ID. 

*You must have access to 'Create and Modify User Accounts' in order to reactivate a User ID. If you do not have access to this permission, please reach out to the Admin of your account to request it be added for you.*

How to Quickly Reactivate a User ID:

Web App

  1. Head to http://app.companycam.com
  2. Select Users at the top
  3. Search for the User ID in your User list 
  4. Click the three dots in the upper right corner of the User's card
  5. Select Reactivate

Mobile App

  1. Tap Users & Groups on the top of the home screen
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the user list until you see Deactivated Users
  3. Tap the three dots to right of the Deactivated User
  4. Select Reactivate
